• “Bharat Nivesh Young Minds’ Essay Writing Competition for School Children is presented by Mutual Funds Sahi Hai, an investor awareness and education initiative by Association of Mutual Finds in India in partnership with the country’s leading dailies, Dainik Bhaskar and Hindustan Times. Entries are invited from the students studying in classes 8 th to 12 th .

  • Last date to participate online: 31st January 2025

  • It shall be responsibility of the Schools, students & parents to familiarize themselves with the Terms and conditions given below and to ensure that the Participant has read and agreed to the same.

    1. REGISTRATION PROCESS
      1. Registration to start from 20th December 2024 and to end on 31st January 2025.

      2. The student can register for the Contest by filling a registration form available on the website : https://bharat-nivesh.com.

      3. The registration forms must be completed by the participant in all respects with undertaking checked & ID proofs uploaded as required.

      4. After filling in the registration forms the students will type their essay in word count min 300 upto 1000 words.

    2. ELIGIBILITY CONTEST DETAILS
      1. All students enrolled in the Schools between Grade 8 th to 12 th (both grades included) are eligible to participate in the Essay Writing Competition.

    3. PRIZE FOR THE WINNERS
      1. Every Participant at a school level who participates in Essay Writing Competition would get a participation certificate.

      2. There will be 3 winners each from 28 states of India & 8 union territories, who will get to win prize money of Rs. 20000, 15000 & 10000 respectively. Thus total 108 national winners.

      3. Top 1000 winning entries shall get consolation prizes of EVouchers worth Rs. 1000 each.

      4. Total 1,108 young winners will get awarded.

      5. Top 10 winners to get surprize gift.

      6. The winners will be selected as per the terms & conditions and mentioned criteria and evaluations.

      7. Organizer’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

      8. Participant, Schools and or Parents shall not have any right to interfere in any manner whatsoever in the selection of the winners.

      9. The Prize shall be non-transferable.

      10. In no circumstances the entry once submitted for the competition will be shown, returned to participant or any other party. Mutual Funds Sahi Hai reserves the right to publish the essays of the winners in future giving reference to the winners.

    4. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
      1. Mutual Funds Sahi Hai reserve the sole right, without any liability and without previous notice, to add, withdraw alter, modify, change, or vary all or any of the specific details of the Essay Writing Competition at any time.

      2. Mutual Funds Sahi Hai further reserve the right to discontinue the Essay Writing Competition or any part thereof at its sole discretion without any obligation to assign any reasons or sending notifications of such discontinuation/cancelation.

      3. Under no circumstance shall Mutual Funds Sahi Hai and/or Dainik Bhaskar be liable to the Schools, Participants or their parents/legal guardians or any other third party for any loss of profits or loss of opportunity, accuracy of the content, benefit from or quality of the Essay Writing Competition, purpose of the Contest or any other indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

      4. Mutual Funds Sahi Hai shall not be responsible for (a) lost, invalid, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by world wise web, internet network at the participant’s end or by any technical or human error during the courier/ post that may occur in transporting the offline entries to central facility; (b) misplacing results of the Participants by any technical or human error that may occur in the evaluation; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or (d) injury or damage to computer or mobile resulting from downloading any registration forms/materials in connection with the Essay Writing Competition.

      5. By participating in Contest, the School, Participant and parents/legal guardians of the Participant agree that the Personal Information may be collected on Mutual Funds Sahi Hai behalf by others associated with, and/or assisting in organizing and administering of the Essay Writing Competition and same may be used to send to the School, Participants and parents/legal guardians of the Participant contest information pertaining to organizer, in the future.

      6. The Personal Information provided to Mutual Funds Sahi Hai will be subject to Privacy Policy provided on AMFI.COM

      7. Mutual Funds Sahi Hai may, in their sole discretion, disqualify any School/individual/ Participant found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Essay Writing Competition; (b) acting in violation of these Terms; or (c) acting in an unethical or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or third party.

      8. The Schools shall render all necessary support, co-operation and provide the infrastructure as required by Dainik Bhaskar for organising Essay Writing Competition. The Schools shall ensure that the details of the Competition are shared on School’s notice boards, bulletin boards, libraries in prominent areas in the Schools’ premises.

      9. Mutual Funds Sahi Hai and Dainik Bhaskar shall conduct the Competition and the Schools shall not interfere or question the content, Essay Topic, evaluations procedures and/or results of the Competition.

      10. The date of the Essay Writing Competition shall be determined by Mutual Funds Sahi Hai and the same shall not be subject to any change at the behest of the Schools.

      11. This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Mutual Funds Sahi Hai and Dainik Bhaskar (“Force Majeure Event”). Mutual Funds Sahi Hai and Dainik Bhaskar shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the Schools and Participants in the Essay Writing Competition including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

      12. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the School and the Participants (including the parents/ legal guardian of the Participant), by entering the Essay Writing Competition, jointly and severally, expressly discharges and releases Mutual Funds Sahi Hai and Dainik Bhaskar from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the Essay Writing Competition or their Prizes.

      13. The Terms and Conditions set out herein are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All matters with respect to the contest are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai Only.
